Power 5 Football Training for grades 8th through 12th on Saturday at Oakland Yard. This is a 3-hour training that will cover our Explosive Performance Training, Positional Training, and Competition Dills.

This package will cover all the Saturday training dates in Session 1 & Session 2 with a 15% Discount.

*(College 1-Day Camp Format) – On the last workout of each session, it will be exactly like a College 1-Day Camp. We will do combine testing, agility drills, position drills, & 1-on-1’s. This will be videotaped and for those athletes signed up for Session 1 & 2, you will get a FREE off-season workout video to use as a recruiting tool and can also be used to analyze your technique in each station. This format will help you get comfortable with testing under pressure similar to an actual 1-day camp in June. All athletes’ results will be charted in order to see your progress from Workout #1 to Workout #18.
